Thanks for the offer Mal but Ive already got one, I was rather hoping it would be packed away for the summer and not see the light of day until about October though. But I might have to dig it out again. To be honest though the only cure is to get outside again ASAP which I should be able to do because like I said my body is still in one piece. Besides Im going to have a keep some kind of fitness if I intend still taking part in the Etape du Tour in July.
