Wednesday evening chaingang.

A place to talk about anything! Want to find someone to ride with? Get help on mending things? Organise lifts?

Wednesday evening chaingang.

I'll be out. 6pm at the Millenium Bridge or later on the circuit. We really will try and have the first two laps steady for beginners to this sort of riding this week :)

I won't be there either, I'm afraid, don't think I'd be able to do anything anyway after the TLI.

Looks like everyone else has been doing silly things like actually racing as there was only two of us out yesterday (myself and a Paul).

From next week on I'm planning on swapping my evening out to a Tuesday and doing the original Wetherby Rd chaingang as I'm now fit enough to do that.

If it's fine I hope to come along to the "real thing," on Tuesday too.

Guys,

Is there a Wednesday evening Chain Gang this week, if so Stacey, Maz & I will turn up and try to hang on a wheel.

And for another stupid question where do you start and what time?

Cheers

Usual meeting place is Millennium Bridge at 6pm.

Anyone out Tuesday this week? I won't be out Wednesday, and from next week the SPOCOs start on Thursday evening, so Tuesday would give anyone wanting to do both more recovery.

I fully intend to later in the year. This week would probably not be the best time seeing how my legs can still feel Saturday's effort.

I take your point about Saturday, but it's a mistake to leave it until much later in the year. You'll be fitter but so will everyone else and the speed will have gone up a lot.
