I'm racing the Cottingham Tli tonight, and advice from the more experienced races would be appreciated!

Try rubbing legs with vaseline! sounds silly but it stops the damp and cold getting in, and they will recover quicker!!!

How did it go Richard?

I was thinking of trying out one of the East Riding TLIs (as the Chevin ones are full now), so I'd be interested in how you found it.
