Why not motivate yourself to meet at 1845 for a 1900 start at the top of the dead end lane above the hotel in Lastingham? Ride over the moors with a couple of technical bits so something or everyone. Please post if you are coming or text me on 0791 8686154.

Hi yawl! I'm back and I'll be out. Looking forward to it so much that I've put on my light summer tyres. Might even give the beast some oil. Feeling a bit lardy after my holidays so go easy on me
