York Mountaineering Club is organising a 2 day Rescue Emergency Care First Aid Course and there are several places still available.
The course will be run on EITHER Saturday and Sunday 27th-28th October, OR Saturday and Sunday 1st-2nd December. The cost is £75 to £100 depending on how full the course is. This is significantly cheaper than the going rate.
The course is very good. I did a few years ago and there’s lots of hands on training. It’s a step up from the First Aid at Work and is targeted at first aid in the great outdoors.
