Thought I'd suggest something slightly different for this Wednesday night.

Now whilst Bishopwood is flat, it does offer plenty of single track and bridleway terrain. It's not as large as Dalby or other options, but have found that there are a number of different circuits one can ride.

Think it should be possible to add enough variety for 90 minutes riding or so, plus it's not that far away.

Just to give you a heads up - my bike is temporarily out of action - (missing bolt from rear suspension) - therefore won't be leading ride this Wednesday. Will try and lead ride there in next few weeks, once bike fixed.
