Let's try again.

This Wed we'll be doing a Moors loop starting at Lastingham, at the bottom of Lastingham Ridge. 7pm.

Distance will be about 20m so bring some lights. Pace will depend on who turns up but will be suitable for newcomers.

I would be keen, however I would struggle to get there for 7. Can't get car till after 6 most evenings.
Would anyone have a spare spot on a car rack? would be happy to chip in for petrol. I live in Clifton Green area and can get to anywhere in york by 5.30ish.

Won't know til late if I can get away in time - where exactly is Lastingham Ridge Tullio?! And yes I can see Lastingham on a map, just not the ridge!

There's a small parking area just at the end of High St opp the Hotel as it joins the Bridleway (SE729909).

Five of us out for a very enjoyable ride and my first night ride. Much of the route was dry with a few boggy areas, pleased I was wearing Gore-Tex boots! Lots of climbing for the first half and then lots of decending for the last half with a good tail wind assisted section in the middle. Hope to be out again next Wednesday.

Hope you're ok today Allan?!
