Anyone doing the core strength classes (on the announcements pages)? Aimed at cyclists and triathletes. Sounds like just what I need!

I would do if I was regularly in York, but it's inconvenient for me. Sounds like an interesting course and worth while if you ride your bike a lot or have big goals.

I couldn't do the Monday's for this, but there is a Thursday one starting soon as we'll, so I've signed up for that. Anyone else fancy it?
