If you have a Provisional Silver Racing Licence can you ride A, B & C events or do you need a day licence too?

I think you can, the only difference is that you can't collect points.

You'll need a day licence too, but it will cost a fiver rather than a tenner. You won't get points for that top ten placing, either...
