Hi All,

Bit pushed for time on Sat and can't do a full day K ride so Will & I are planning to do 3 hours brisk ish pace, 9am Sat if anyone wants to join us?

Plan is to be home for lunch - probably we'll do the Malton route.

We'll be in the square at 9 for anyone who's interested :D

Now come on Dave, we all know the Malton route is only 45 miles....

But seriously, probably will be reasonably fast on the flat (20mph ish) and about half that on the hills (tired legs, winter days - all teh excuses coming out). Hope to see you there!

I will be out

6 of us out in the square on Sat morning - turned into a lovely sunny day. :-) Malton route proved punishing (I hate that long drag out of Malton - no matter how strong I am I always seem to get dropped!)

50 odd miles, but back home for 11.30. :-)

Thanks for the company - we'll do the same thing next sat (but a different route!) for anyone who's interested. (9am the square) Last one before the training rides officially kick off I think!

Hi Jess

I was hoping to go out on the first 'official' training ride on the 5th so would like to tag along on Sat with your group if that's ok.

Will it still be around 20mph on the flat and finish at around noon?

I went out with the intermediates on Sat which was great but I'm unable to go out for the full day very often.

Cheers

Martin

Hi Martin - you are more than welcome - pace will depend on who's out but likely to be brisk (20mph ish) - home at lunchtime (can't guarantee noon but should be before one)

hope to see you in the square @ 9.
