I'll be in pre-race calming-of-the-nerves mode on Saturday so won't be out on the training ride - would someone like to choose a route and make sure everyone either gets round it or knows their way home, please?

I should be out on Saturday. Not sure what you have been doing last few weeks but how about the West route??:

Appleton Roebuck, Tadcaster, Bramham, Thorner, Barwick, Aberford, Sherburn, Cawood, and back to York (with a loop of the Bishopwood circuit en route).

I will be at the Square at 9.
