On Sat 23rd April 2011 Velo Coaching will be running a coach led racing session on the new closed cycle circuit at Prssick in Middlesborough. The session will run from 10am to 1pm and will be covering road racing tactics and scenarios. In particular group riding, team tactics and sprinting.
The purpose of thse sessions is to build riders technique and tactics for race situations. We will play out and recreate race situations and riders will be coached on their technique and tactics during these scenarios. Video play back will be used for the session debrief. These really are great structured training sessions with a opportunity to learn in a coached run environment. The session is open for adults and riders aged 14 years and above.
Cost per rider is just £7 for the three hours and we have exclusive use of the circuit. Road bikes with drop handlebars only.
