Cycling Tour City of Valencia (Spain)
Would you like to enjoy a great cycling weekend in October? Visit a fantastic city, ride in a great cycling tour and attend the best pro cycling criterium you can dream of.
You can do all that in Valencia this October. CD Podium society is organising the 2nd Cycling Tour “City of Valencia” (Saturday, October 6) and the 18th International Cycling Criterium of the Valencian Community (Sunday, October 7).
Ages 14 and up, completely free.No further age restrictions.
The 2nd Cycling Tour “City of Valencia” is offered totally free to every cyclist aged 14 and up. The 10-euro enrolment fee will be repaid at the end of the Tour, when the microchip and the number are given back.
Take home a beautiful cycling jersey as a souvenir.
Every rider will be given a beautiful jersey. It must be worn during the tour and may be kept after the ride.
105 kmthrough pleasant landscapes of the Valencian seaside.
The cycling route, which is not all that difficult, will go across one of the most beautiful places in Valencia. It will start in the very city, pass by the stunning City of Arts and Sciences and will head to the Albufera nature reserve alongside the Mediterranean sea.
Have a ride with real cycling champions.
Pro riders will be participating in the tour, some of which will race the day after in the 18th International Cycling Criterium of the Valencian Community. This includes the participation of one of the winners of the three great cycling tours (Giro d’Italia, Tour de France, Vuelta a España).
Enrol now! Only 5,000 riders will be allowed to enrol.
As a safety measure, we will not take more than 5,000 riders. In the first edition, more than 3,400 cyclists made the tour. The pace of enrolment, open since May 7, makes it quite clear that this year that number will be much higher.
