As the racing season comes to an end your focus should shift to base training, recovery and strength and conditioning work.

So at Core Fitness & Physiotherapy we are starting a 10 week block of specific strength and conditioning training aimed specifically at cyclists and triathletes.

This is the chance to build general strength, improve core stability, reduce the chance of injury and finally get rid of those little “niggles” you’ve had all year!

This is no ordinary fitness class! This is a progressive block of strength training designed by chartered Physiotherapists and qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches who also compete themselves, using the most up to date training techniques so you can make the most out of next season!
