Blue skies and warm sun were order of the day for the first TT of the season. Sadly, the order got lost in translation, and we received the classic breezy crosswind (all the way round) with a nice little wind chill. Still, I'm sure the car parked on the first corner and the newly formed cobbled section on the road to Stillington kept riders' minds off the cold and on the riding
Well done to all those who braved this first TT outing then, and thanks to all who helped out - that's Dave who pushed you off, Paul, Ian, and Ian who kept you safe en route marshalling the corners, and Bernard and Kevin who kept time for you. It's definitely the start of summer, next week will be at least ten degrees warmer, hope to see you there!
