On a very dull and gloomy evening compared to the start of the week, and 20 degrees cooler 16 hardy souls turned up tonight. I would like to thank Carl, Matt, Ian and George for marshalling tonight and the ever present Bernard and Dave for time keeping. Having listened to reports of loose sheep on the decent of Milking Hill, they certainly evaded my course laying risk assessment!

The more eagle-eyed of you may have noticed that we had a photographer at this evening’s event capturing pictures of the riders at various points around the course. When he has had a chance to upload everything there will be a website where you will be able to view and download the pictures which he is, very kindly, making available free of charge.
