Massive thanks to Paul & Cath for organising, Bernard , Dave & Cath for timekeeping duties, (no mean feat with that size of field!), and Ian, James, Paul, Caroline & Keith for marshalling. Hopefully that has covered everyone who helped out. A great team effort!

Thanks also too, to everyone who turned up to take part. It's most heartening to see more juniors and I believe there were 4 females taking part. Hopefully this will be an increasing trend. Time trialling is for everyone.

As ever, for me, it's as much for the 'rib tickling banter' before and after the event. It's not just an athletic competition it's a good social gathering too.

Once again many thanks everyone. A great evening's sport and socialising with fellow club members.

Kind regards David

Great event as always thanks to all for organising and marshaling, I think I just about managed a wave to all as I went around.

I noticed the good turn out of juniors as well and with relatively few coming into the sport its great to see, hoping to see you all at a few more events over the coming weeks and months,

Thanks
Rich

7th - wow, I'm getting old and slow! That was a good standard of competition out there tonight. Thanks to Paul and Cath for organising. It was also good to see John Cocker back out racing, though I didn't get to say hi.

See you all on June 1st for the Stittenham event!

Great turnout last night, really good to see the younger ones taking part, makes it a pleasure to marshal when I see it so well attended, well done to everyone who rode and Paul and Cath and the other helpers on the night.

Are we there yet

Just a reminder to everyone, picking up on Greg's point about the High Stettenham TT. This is a "Come and try it" event and takes place on the 1st June.

There is no TT next week on the 25th May. This is due to a potential clash with a road race event at the time of planning the 2017 series.

Please not that I will be out of the country for the whole of June so unable to tend to any last minute issues, such as unexpected road works etc. I'll sort out something with the committee to ensure there is continuity in my absence. Having said that, it looks like we have organisers and time keepers for the rest of the series so we just need to encourage some marshals to help out.

Kind regards David
