Forecast is for a dry, overcast day with a faint easterly so suggesting Driffield to Bells MIll. Can take in a few lumps along the way - Leavening bank and Cowcliff Hill to Kirby Gindalythe, then back via Millington. 80ish miles 
Another option would be Leyburn which comes in at 90 miles but is flatter.......
