Compared to last weekend's glorious summer conditions, it appears that we're in for a lunch-bag letdown this weekend, with temps barely in the double digits
With the big event completed, some of us discussed dialing back the intensity for a couple of weeks to recharge our batteries. In that vein, I figured that a ~130Km route would provide a decent day out for everyone.
I've been thinking about a longer route to Aysgarth Falls, but in the interim, I figured that it would be nice to pay a visit to Johnny Baghdad's up in Masham and then return via Bedale and Topcliffe, courtesy of a tailwind.
128Km / ~80 miles square to square.
