Steady through and off on the way out - about a minute or so each. On the way back when it got organised, it was one line with 20 second pulls at the front. I think everyone had a good workout. I certainly did. I saw my speedo showing 26, 27, 28 mph most of the way back. I even saw 30pmh for quite a while. Think I may be getting my race legs back for the last half dozen races of the season.
