You can use the posting editor to place the image URL (e.g. http://www.cliftoncc.org/pix/tdf_link.jpg) between Img start and end tags, and then uncheck the Disable BBCode in this post check box prior to clicking the Preview or Submit button. You can reference pictures on external Web sites or on our own site. In Internet Explorer, if you right-click and select Properties on an image in a Web page you can find its URL.

But how do I post a picture off my hard drive?

The image would need to be put on an accessible folder on a Web server, such as the one corresponding to http://www.cliftoncc.org/pix. Arthur or Mark should be able to upload the image into that folder for you. They may also be able to point you to a Web form to enable you to upload images.
