I was pleasantly surprised to hear a piece on time-trialling in the Sports section of the Today programme this morning. Michael Hutchinson on the "secret world of the time triallist"
It was about 8.25 and you can listen again on the BBC website.

Ahh... that was Hutch was it? I just caught the last 30 seconds or so as a friend texted Caroline saying "tmtrlng on Rad4!" - I liked the closing quote about "..well I don't feel like I'm member of some secret society, but when I tell people what I do, and see their eyes glaze over, I can tell that *they* think I'm a member of some secret society...." How they misunderestimate us!
