I've raised over £6,800 in the last two years for Action Medical Research and I'm hoping to hit the £10,000 mark by the end of the year. Good news is that they are nearly there with a vaccine for meningitis B which a friend of mine died from three years ago this week. The money really does work. This year, amongst other things, I'm doing the Tour of Pembroke, Tour of Brittany, London to Paris, London/Surrey 100 and finally L'eroica in Tuscany in October on a 1954 Carpenter which I'm currently rebuilding.
The professional race 'Strade Bianche' was yesterday as I was struggling up Kirby Underdale! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAoSVjVs ... e=youtu.be
I don't think I will be able to look as fit as Moser at the end of the 205km on October 6th!
