650c Front Wheel

Hi

In open time trials are you still allowed to have a smaller front wheel
than the back, i.e. 700c back 650c front. (Old fashioned Lo pro bike)
CTT handbook doesn't mention anything about different wheel size and don't want to turn to the start line and be turned away.
