I rode this this weekend. Only 70 miles but it's a tough one. I knew, trying to return to fitness this would kill or cure me. Not sure which it did in the end.

I thought I was the only Cliftonite that did this one, but not so, so thanks to Paul et al for giving me some friendly wheels to follow and apologies for you all getting cold whilst I demonstrated an amazing level of incompetence changing an inner tube. I shall get some foldies on my winter bike, I don't have any bother with those.
