Cam, broke my collarbone, shoulder and ribs 2 years ago. Search physioclinic.net at Ipswich - Brian Simpson. Was back on bike in 4 weeks. You would need to get collarbone lasered / magnetic pulse therapy on Monday. Any later and it wont have the same effect. Cost was £150. Simon

Thanks guys for a top ride out, especially Steen for showing me the Castleton tea room. I've done a few 100 mile rides before but always when the temperature was a good 20c warmer. Should be fully thawed out in a few days.
