Thanks for making me feel welcome everyone and for looking out for me throughout the ride, my legs just cramped quite bad going over the Bolton Percy railway bridge and that was it, no way of keeping up unfortunately.
Felt broken when I got home but really enjoyed being out.

Hi there, degreaser wise I have tried Muc off degreaser which is very good. Also gt85 and wd40 seem to clear the black greasy build up from the chain and cassette. Usually takes 2 or 3 goes to get it good but it always comes up looking shiny and new. Toothbrushes help to clean the cassette and I use ...

I agree, this is a great app. As I have never taken part in the tt's before I found it very useful to see how I was doing in comparison to others. Turns out that I am quite a lot slower!!!!
