Just a heads up for the guys doing "The Fred". I've not got in this year but did it in 2014 & 2015 & both times it was wet/cold & windy. The key is to pace yourself, eat even if you don't feel hungry & make sure you wear plenty of clothing because if it's wet/cold you may get hot while climbing but ...

As Broomy & Rob have said above it was the club run to Hawnby for me & really enjoyed it thanks lads. Sorry Broomy about the increase in pace as we were leaving Strensal.

I bought the frame off Ebay 2 years ago & built it up with some new parts & some parts off my Scott Scale which this bike replaced.

Its a Size small with the spec below

For sale is my Scott Addict R3 frame/fork as seen on many a Saturday club ride.
Its a size small & the measurements are 52cm from bb to top of seat tube & 53cm top tube.
The frame comes with a Ritchey Carbon Seatpost/Headset & Bottom Bracket.
Its in good condition but the steerer has been cut down ...

I'm planning on doing this ride Rob. I've got the 150mile Coast To Coast sportive the day before but I like a good challenge
