Have to post early this week as I will be off the radar for a few days

So we will keep to the tarmac this week lots of small quiet lanes to the West and North of Ripon feed station at Pateley Bridge.

Lockton / Levisham 145km involves some forest fire road but nothing to trouble a road bike. I will be using my summer bike for this one. Its very firm and the dry weather will have helped. Is our love for this ride too strong to die or are we too weak too kill it. One for the older kids.

Did not attempt it last week because of the weather. 10 banks of the Hambleton Hills Cafe at the half way point.
2200m of climbing 150km 2 challenge points start Exhibition Sq 9am.

Not yet a Clifton Monument however its got to have been ridden every year for about six years now.

2 points 10 or so Banks of the Hambleton Hills all the usual suspects plus a few. 2200m of up 150 km of distance.
Cafe stop, shop stop if we feel the need.
