For my two pence worth, I'd be looking at a 2008 or 2009 Look frame, (http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/look-595-sram-force-custom-build-road-bike-id56060.html) and I'll sell you my Reynolds Assaults for £500!

Last year, I bought a once in a life time dream bike, and it's amazing to ride, but I still ...

A wonderful ride this morning, my first Clifton "training ride", and with 7 riders, a good mix of riding on the front and catching a wheel. By the time I returned to the centre of York, my speedo showed 65 miles @ 19.8mph. Looking forward to meeting up again in two weeks time.

.....My apologies Will if you think I'm taking the piss, only a little fun banter, if, I admit, a little puerile. By the way, I'd stick to the black bar tape since you dont have any red on your bike.

I've just bought my girlfriend a turbo, and need a cheap HRM to help her train better.

Just to clear up - Yes DR Dave, I ment elitist as something to aspire to, and not to be arogant.

Also re. the Sewell family, I'm certainly not at Callums standard yet, but I've already been looking at other clubs that seem to be more focused on racing.
