A wonderful ride this morning, my first Clifton "training ride", and with 7 riders, a good mix of riding on the front and catching a wheel. By the time I returned to the centre of York, my speedo showed 65 miles @ 19.8mph. Looking forward to meeting up again in two weeks time.

What time is depart?

Will there be a training ride this Sunday?

.... Looking for a Shimano cassette, only for training bike so 105 will be fine.
