Hi Melly,

Have tried to pm you, but not sure it's left my outbox.

Shimano 9 speed shifter, saddle bag, QR skewers etc for sale

Hi all,

I've been having a bit of a clear out, and have a few items that might be of interest.

Shimano 105 nine speed (right hand side) shifter. Not sure of the model number (5700?), but it's the one where the brake cable doesn't go under the bar tape. A few years old but works fine. £25.

Thanks for uploading this Mark. "Interesting" power relationships on Strava - two riders within 8 secs of each other yet with 25% power difference!

Bike insurance valuations

I've got my bikes included on my household insurance at a reasonable cost, but I do need to get the bikes valued each year. As I can only really do this at the weekends it's a bit of a pain for me and our local bike shops. I wonder whether one of our local shops would be prepared to have an open ...

So Phil, you're telling me that I changed my job and all my email addresses to avoid being contacted about the YCC races this year, and then they go and get cancelled :D

This year I'm mainly lurking, with a bit of TTing when parental duties allow...

If you can stretch it to 60 miles, the "Ron Kitching" route takes in a few good hills. There's a map here: http://www.mapmyride.com/s/routes/view/ ... n/62453894

TT courses / events

I'm hoping to get a few open TT's under my belt this year. I want to avoid dragstrip / dual carriageway type courses, so I was wondering if there are any events people would recommend / any courses I should avoid.

I've already got our 13 mile TT on the calendar and the Malton Wheelers one.

Thanks ...

Re results - I've posted all I have at the moment.

I've got a query in with BC regarding other placings and will either post here or ask a mod to place it on the website as / when I get it.
