Saturday hasn't happened yet (if posted for me) as posted my message on Sunday - however am planning to go on Saturday then I can post a glowing message to encourrage other reluctant beginners!

As a relatively new boy to road cycling have toyed with the idea of joining but have been put off by my current - erm - lack of fitness and technical ability!

What is the best way to get involved and ride with others rather than my current solo weekend slogs????
