Another great turnout this week for the Sutton 10. Slightly more 'exciting' than we might have hoped for, with punctures, spills (hope you are well, James), and wrong turns, but beyond this it was hopefully an enjoyable night out pushing yourself hard.

Sheriff/Whenby/Bransby TT - results
Blue skies and warm sun were order of the day for the first TT of the season. Sadly, the order got lost in translation, and we received the classic breezy crosswind (all the way round) with a nice little wind chill. Still, I'm sure the car parked on the first corner and the newly formed cobbled ...

Well, it was a 'classic' start to the TT season in Sheriff tonight, which of course means bloomin' freezing (for the warm up at least - I suspect riders felt better fairly soon after the first left turn). But despite the mild chill, and slight wind, everyone made it round in good times and returned ...

Wheldrake Results
Wheldrake delivered another very pleasant evening for a time trial tonight, with the heat of the day dissipating in the face of a gentle breeze that didn't quite deliver any hoped-for tailwind on the homeward leg. And a tailwind would definitely have helped tonight, since some muppet managed to ...

Oops, edited to correct a name error, sorry Ian! I was so keen not mess up the ordering of times, that I managed to completely misread your surname - no ideas how as it is perfectly clear on both entry and time sheet!

Summer is here! A very pleasant evening for a blast down and up the V212 tonight, warm and calm (and no traffic diversion from the A1). Very many thanks to Bernard and Graham for keeping time, to Craig for pushing off, and to Jonathan and John for seeing us safely round the roundabout that seemed so ...

Hi all, an apology and a request:
First, I (briefly) put my name down to organise this weeks TT before realising that I'm working Thurs evening, so with apologies, that role is back up for grabs!
Second, please could all riders avoid parking on the grass by the roundabout. We had a gentle prod ...

Clear blue skies and negligible winds met our competitors tonight. It was a beautiful evening for a ride, although several competitors had an unexpected adrenaline rush from the sight of a gargantuan bit of farm machinery heading towards them at some point. But all made it round safely, thanks to ...

Well, this year's first race took place on a very pleasant evening - a respectable temperature, just a breath of wind, and nice clear skies to suffer under as the 25 participants flew round the course. Many thanks to Mark, Ian, Paul, and Craig for seeing us safely along the route, and to Bernard ...

Well, it was a fine gathering of 29 riders that turned up tonight to see out the last of our time trials for a while - there's just the small matter of October's hill climb left (an amusingly ridiculous bit of classic cycle racing :) )
Today's circuit had no hills - a pan flat course, made slightly ...

Blue skies with a brilliant sun tempered to perfection by a gentle breeze made tonight a very pleasant affair... mind you, I wasn't on a bike having to contend with that headwind up and down the first hill :)

What an evening for a ride! Where were you? ...actually if you're reading this, you were probably at tonight's time trial, although if you were riding, you might not have appreciated the glorious weather so much. It will, however, have been a small blessing for all our helpers (and certainly ...
